Ana M. Rodriguez, Ph.D.

Ana M. Rodriguez, Ph.D., is a bilingual clinical psychologist, and the founder of the Self-Care

Practice in NYC, where she provides bilingual, individual, dyadic and family therapy to address

the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, and other life circumstances. For over 18 years, her

psychotherapy practice and clinical supervision has specialized in work with children, adults and

families who have been traumatized by interpersonal violence. Dr. Rodriguez also works with

various agencies as a nationally certified trainer in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and a

master trainer in Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) with the Yale Child

Study Center. Additionally, she presents on topics such as the impact of trauma on young

children and addressing vicarious trauma.
