Debra Davis, LMFT, PMH-C has more than a decade of experience providing culturally responsive, family-centered behavioral health services in New York and Connecticut. She earned her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy College and has worked in outpatient, integrated healthcare, managed care, community-based, and correctional settings. Throughout her career, Debra has had the opportunity to serve diverse and multicultural populations, helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen relationships, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals. Her professional experience includes roles at Sheltering Arms, the Institute for Family Health, and Odyssey House, where she provided clinical services and leadership in behavioral health programs. She currently serves as a Senior HealthySteps Specialist at One Brooklyn Health, partnering with pediatric teams to support infants, young children, and their caregivers through developmental guidance, behavioral health screening, strengthening parent-child relationships, and connections to community resources. In addition to her work in integrated care, Debra maintains a private practice where she works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relational challenges, and life transitions.
